Example of 'Crazy Paving' Style (Donegal Quartz) Job.

This is another recent job. I have used Donegal Quartz another natural paving material. This is a raised patio stepped up from lawn using crazy paving which always seems to give the welcomed illusion of larger dimensions to the paved area. The rustic brick blends in well to give a soft natural curved finish to the patio.The paving is pointed up using mortar sand and not sharp sand. This can be coloured or left natural.

This is a recent job finished to customer satisfaction.

I have used Indian natural sandstone to client's specifications . There are six alternating sizes of stone used on this job. I think the finished job & the professional curved finish lends direction & gives the feeling of larger garden proportions to an otherwise seemingly small area.

Feather edged fencing that has been darkstained softens the over all look beautifully. When the new planting matures the hard landscaping & softness of the natural growth will merge & give a sense of age & permanent appeal.

In last pic we have a paving box fitted disguising an unsightly manhole.
